Important Updates For Carriers

Triumph Pay will be the new source for many carriers’ receivables from Bel Prestige

Each carrier that services multiple customers will have different relationships with their receivables (which may include various terms).
Carriers may interact with multiple BP entities; entities will be separate in Triumph Pay.
Carriers will be able to elect to 2-day QuickPay invoices based on customer relationships.
The current BP carrier portal will still be used to manage loads (i.e., update statuses, provide documentation, and submit invoices); only once an invoice is approved will it be sourced to Triumph Pay.
Carriers will only receive payment for an invoice through Triumph Pay once all documentation has been submitted and approved through the BP portal.
Payment terms are initiated when an invoice is entered into the carrier portal and when BP approves your invoice in BP system.

I am already connected with Triumph Pay, why can’t I see my invoices with Integrity Express Logistics?

To connect with BP’s account you must have the email you are using to log in, as well as your correct MC/DOT number. Please email Carrier s@belprestige.com

Triumph Pay is saying I need an invite to join BP account. How do I get my invite?

To connect with BP account you must have the email you are using to log in and your correct MC/DOT number. Please email Carrier s@belprestige.com with this information to receive your invite.

I have paperwork to submit, how should I do this through Triumph Pay?

A carrier should NOT submit paperwork through Triumph Pay. Rather, submit your paperwork in the proper BP portal.

Am I required to access Triumph Pay to receive payment for invoices?

Triumph pay gives insider information as to the schedule of your payables- You can even receive IMMEDIATE payment for a shipment. Every carrier that works with BP will have more control of their receivables by accessing Triumph Pay.

I am a carrier without an MC/DOT number, how can I connect with IEL through Triumph Pay?

BP needs a US issued unique identifier (preferably EIN)- please contact Carrier s@belprestige.com with this info.

How do I receive QuickPay for an invoice?

If you want to receive payment immediately on an invoice, you can do so through TriumphPay. This is best done by setting up your Triumph account with banking information.

I am not seeing an invoice in TriumphPay, what is going on?

A carrier must submit the proper paperwork to a load in the BP Portals prior to the invoice being released to TriumphPay. Once a load has the proper paperwork and is approved by BP, invoices will be sent to TriumphPay every hour.

If I am having any issues with TriumphPay, who should I talk to?

How are credits processed with TriumphPay?

Any credits are associated with a carrier are now applied in Triumph Pay as well. Everything is at the carrier’s fingertips!

Who can I contact at TriumphPay if I am having issues creating an account?

Carriers can call TriumphPay for a walkthrough or some troubleshooting tips at (469) 312-7222 or at support.triumphpay.com.
